Refund Policy
We take pride in the fact that each of our candles is handmade with love, meaning that no two are exactly alike. Because we use a natural soy wax blend, you may notice some frosting or slight imperfections—these are part of the charm and do not affect the performance or quality of your candle in any way.
Since each candle is individually hand-poured just for you, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We appreciate your patience as we create something special for your home.
Returns & Exchanges
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your candle must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Damages & Issues
Candles are delicate, and sometimes things don’t go as planned during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at zendlesnz@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include a description and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement for you.
